5. Payments & Fees (Platform Fee vs. Professional Fees)

Any amount paid on the Platform is a Platform Facilitation Fee for administrative coordination and platform services, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. This Platform Fee is not a legal fee and does not include legal advice or legal representation. Any professional fees charged by an independent Lawyer (if any) are separate and are governed by the Lawyer’s own terms.
